About the Summit

The 2009 Leaders-to-Leaders Summit, "L3: Linking, Leveraging, and Leading for a Healthier World," will enable multiple sectors to work together and create a healthier world. This by-invitation-only event provides senior-level executives from across all sectors with the opportunity to link and leverageassets that lead to actions which improve the health and longevity of our world and its citizens.

The goals of the summit include the following:

  • Assess how organizations can link, collaborate, mobilize, and embrace actions that improve the health of the world and its citizens;
  • Integrate and leverage existing cross-cutting organizational initiatives with the goals of the Alliance for the Healthiest Nation; and
  • Identify and lead efforts in message development and distribution to better engage respective audiences in taking steps to prevent disease, improve citizen's health and the condition of the world.
