2002 PRAMS Surveillance Report: Acknowledgements

This report is the product of the collaborative efforts of many people at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in each of the Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) participating states, and at RTI International. We thank the other members of the PRAMS team at CDC for their review and commentary and also thank the PRAMS Working Group members in participating states for their input. Finally, we thank Katherine Suellentrop, Association of Schools of Public Health (ASPH) intern for PRAMS, for her assistance.
