摘要

公共衛生這一不斷改變的職業,其未來是與以能力爲基礎的訓練培養出的實踐技能緊密聯繫著的。在本文中,我們描述了位於賓夕法尼亞州東北部的東史特勞斯堡大學公共衛生碩士學程的學程改變。學程轉變的第一個目的是確保所有的學程要素都包括了相關的願景、價值、使命、目標及目的。第二個目的是使用連續性資料輸入和評估,以納入彈性評估的機會。這一改變過程協助大學的教職員明確了學程的願景,並營造了指導培訓公共衛生專業人員的社區協作環境。
