General Information and Conference Logistics
The 2004 Annual Environmental Public Health Tracking Conference will take place March 24-26, 2004, at the Wyndham Philadelphia at Franklin Plaza.
Registration

Materials
You may pick up your conference materials including your conference badge starting Tuesday, March 23, from 6:00 8:00 p.m. on the Mezzanine Level of the hotel.
Conference Times
The conference is scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 24, and will conclude at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, March 26, 2004. Plenary sessions will be held each morning and breakout sessions on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. Hotel Reservations
We have reserved a block of rooms at the special conference rate of $122.00 (plus tax) single and $142.00 (plus tax) double. If you have problems or would like to speak to an operator, you can call the toll free reservations number at 1-800-996-3426 and ask for the Environmental Public Health Tracking (EPHT) group rate. The hotel cannot guarantee room rates past the reservation cutoff date of February 21, 2004.
Ground Transportation
The Wyndham Philadelphia at Franklin Plaza is easily accessible by automobile, train or bus. The hotel is only 3 hours from New York City, 2-1/2 hours from Washington, DC, eight miles from the Philadelphia International Airport, and close to the AMTRAK 30th Street Station and the Peter Pan Bus Terminal.
Taxi Fare
A taxi from Philadelphia International Airport to the Convention Center costs approximately $20.
Airport Shuttle
The Lady Liberty Airport Shuttle is available from the Philadelphia International Airport. Reservations are not necessary. The Lady Liberty shuttle runs 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. You can locate Lady Liberty vans at the baggage claim area or by dialing #27 on any airport phone. Lady Liberty will prearrange shuttle service also. Shuttle service cost is $8 each way.
Train
The SEPTA R1 High Speed Rail Line runs from the Philadelphia International Airport to 30th Street Station for $5.00. It is a short taxi ride from the station to the Wyndham Philadelphia at Franklin Plaza.
Attire
Attire for all sessions is business casual.
