We use energy for everything we do. When we are physically active, we use even more. Being active is good for everyone. It keeps our bodies growing strong. Being active can help us stay at a weight that’s right for our body size or help us to lose weight slowly. Being active can help us sleep well and even feel better if we’re in a bad mood.
