Organized by the Global Health Odyssey Museum, this exhibition examines the visual art projects of three organizations working with children affected by emergencies, both in the United States and abroad.

July 2006 marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which was founded as the Communicable Disease Center on July 1, 1946, in Atlanta Georgia.

CDC’s main Atlanta campus features four new environmentally friendly buildings; including its new Headquarters building. Each new facility being built by CDC is designed to be environmentally friendly and to support the technology necessary for modern CDC science.
